Package Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
